FirstService Residential Update
Great News! On Monday July 6th, 2020, FirstService will reopen our front office lobby with limited access and capacity. Here are some helpful reminders to limit traffic into the office:
- Monthly payments can be dropped off @ FirstService mailbox (1904 office mailbox).
- Pest Control appointments can be scheduled by calling 813-642-8990, option 2
- Please continue to call or email your assigned Community Association Manager. In office meetings with your CAM are still on hold at this time.
- CAMs are available to meet Board Members at their associations if meetings are required.
Office Safety Guidelines
- Face Masks must be worn inside the building at all times.
- All visitors must sanitize their hands once they have entered the office.
- Visitors need to follow the red directional arrows and distance markings on floor.
- Due to the size of the lobby there is a 5-person maximum allowed.

Florida Department Of Transportation (FDOT) – SR 674 (Sun City Center Blvd) Repaving from Commercial Center Drive to US 301 436495-1-52-01
The Florida Department of Transportation’s contractor, Russell Engineering, Inc. will repave SR 674 (Sun City Center Blvd) between Commercial Center Drive and US 301 in Sun City Center.
Additional improvements include adding and extending turn lanes and adding a five-foot sidewalk along the north side of the road.
Construction activities will occur during daytime and nighttime hours.
Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling through the work zone and allow for extra travel time as delays are likely.

Hillsborough County Public Utilities Department
Sunrise Utility Construction will be upgrading the water system for the Hillsborough County Public Utilities Department by installing blow off assemblies at dead-ends of water pipelines in Kings Point.
This is part of a countywide program to allow for regular flushing of dead-end water lines to improve odor and taste for our customers.
