The Community pool on Nantucket Drive has been completed, inspected and will reopen Tuesday, July 27, 2010 per Eileen Peco, Federation President 07/26/2010
NOTICE: JULY 14, 2010 Effective immediately, the sidewalks outside of the main gate will temporarily be closed to pedestrians.

All supplemental irrigation watering has been suspended in Kings Point due to adequate rainfall. The rain sensors will automatically reactivate the irrigation control clocks as the rain sensors dry. – John Cornelius, ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance 07/8/10
The developer, Minto Group Inc., who will build out Kings Point used this MAP OF KINGS POINT and SCC in their presentation to the Federation Membership Friday, May 21. It is to be noted that the Minto Group is not acquiring golf courses or commercial properties, though they are highlighted on the map. Bob Sitzer, Federation Secretary 06/18/10
Memorandum Concerning Ownership of the Recreational Facilities at Kings Point Sun City Center, Florida: This memo is intended to eliminate questions concerning ownership of the recreational amenities (Rec Area) and control of the related property at Kings Point Sun City Center (KPSCC). First, the "Kings Point Sun City Center West Land Trust Agreement" is the document where the community creates a Florida Land Trust (The Trust). The second document, "Agreement of Sale & Purchase" has details for the purchase of both the Rec Area and the Long Term Leases associated with the amenities by KPSCC from WCI, the developer. -Sterling Management Services 06/02/09

Bright House Networks will change the frequency it uses to deliver the below digital channels on in mid June 2010. This change only affects customers who have a digital ready television (and a QAM tuner) and do not have a converter.
