The organizational purpose is to give Unit Owners, through their Association Presidents, an avenue to assist in the establishment of reasonable, proper and necessary rules and regulations pertaining to Kings Point Identification badges, pool, whirlpool and sauna use for the mutual benefit of all concerned.
