COA BOARD
The Kings Point West Condominium Owners Association, Inc. (COA) was formerly known as the Kings Point West Civic and Homeowners Association. Use of the word “owners” makes each individual member (owner) of any Association eligible for COA membership, if they choose to join. Because membership in the COA is a requirement for having your name, address, unit number, and phone number listed in the Kings Point Membership and Information Directory (phonebook), many associations have voted to pay for the individual membership from the funds of the Association, rather than soliciting each member.
The purpose of the COA is to promote health, safety, welfare and general interest of its members and Kings Point. The COA provides, among other things, books administered thru library volunteers and Kings Point healthcare items: wheelchairs, walkers, canes and crutches.
What The COA Does!
Faxing, sell postage stamps, provide free notary services, advertise items for sale or rent on bulletin boards in the North Clubhouse, provide copy machine services, Kings Point membership directory, gifts and grants, air compressor located at the North Clubhouse, sponsors shredding events, medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers and canes. We financially support the Kings Point Library, allowing them to purchase new books, as necessary.
