Kings Point West Condominium Owners Association, Inc. (COA) was formerly known as the Kings Point West Civic and Homeowners Association.  Use of the word “owners” makes each individual member (owner) of any Association eligible for COA membership, if they choose to join.  Because membership in the COA is a requirement for having your name, address, unit number, and phone number listed in the Sun City Center Membership and Information Directory (phone book), many associations have voted to pay for the individual membership from the funds of the Association, rather than soliciting each member.

The purpose of the COA is to promote health, safety, welfare and general interest of its members and Kings Point.  They provide, among other things, trusteeship and management of the library and Kings Point Health Squad (not to be confused with the Sun City Center Emergency Squad (Ambulance) and fund the Hartline #53 bus between Kings Point and Brandon Town Center Mall for all residents of Kings Point.
