Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I navigate (move around) the Kings Point Web Page?
A. This webpage is best viewed on a system with a monitor set at a resolution of 1024×768 or greater. If your system has a lower resolution, the pages are still viewable by using the scroll bars, on the right and on the bottom of the screen. Use your mouse to adjust the slide on the right (OR the PgDn and PgUp keys and the four arrow keys, on the keyboard), to move down and up.
In some cases, you will note the message extends beyond the edge of your screen. In those situations, there should be a scroll bar at the bottom of the screen. Again, use the mouse and/or the arrow keys you can move the screen, to read the complete message.

Q. What is a PDF file and what do I do with it?
A. PDF stands for Portable Document Format, originally developed by Adobe, to maintain the formatting of the original documents. It has become industry standard. To read and print PDF files, you need a PDF Reader installed on you computer. You can download the FREE PDF reader from www.adobe.com

Q. After going to one of your links, I could not get back to my starting point. What do I do now?
A. Scroll to the top of the page, (see how to navigate, above) and click on the Back Arrow in the upper left hand corner. If the Back Arrow is not present, click on the X (close button) in the top right corner.
