Storm Notice from Sterling Management Services 08/18/2008
If your unit sustains damage due to the storm, call Sterling Management Services immediately at 642-8990. If lines are busy, please keep trying. Sterling will handle all damage calls as quickly as possible and your damage will be addressed in order of severity as soon as it is safe to enter the property. Landscaping damage issues will be addressed as soon as it safe for ValleyCrest to enter the property. The first priority for ValleyCrest is to clear roadways to allow access for emergency personnel.
Monitor public television and radio broadcasts for emergency notifications. Avoid roadways if you see fallen trees or hanging power lines. After severe weather has subsided, please check on your neighbors and check unoccupied units for damage. Report damage to Sterling Management Services immediately. Deputy Rob Thornton has sent a precaution from Sheriff David Gee about leaving the garage door to your home open unecessarily and asked us to please get the word out. Some of the examples/incidents in Sheriff Gee's warning are from Kings Point. The Handicapped Special Bus Lottery will be cancelled on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 due to inclement weather and is rescheduled for Tuesday August 26, 2008.

New Landscaping and Irrigation Schedule Now Available
Now under the Landscaping and POC Information ,schedules are now available for: sprinklers, weed control, weekly mowing, shrub and palm pruning. The new hotline number for POCs and Presidents is 634-5191, also avaliable poc@sterlingmgnt.com.
